I took my printer for service in January. After two weeks with no calls or contact of any kind, I went to the shop and they explained what they had found. After two more weeks with no contact of any kind, I went back again and got another update. After a third period with no contact or followup, I went back to the store only to find it closed. I went back again and found the store closed due to illness. I finally found the store open again in July. A different person was behind the counter who gave me nothing but excuses. They had my printer from January to July and never once contacted me with an update or an estimate of any kind.
