I took my printer for service in January. After two weeks with no calls or contact of any kind, I went to the shop and they explained what they had found. After two more weeks with no contact of any kind, I went back again and got another update. After a third period with no contact or followup, I went back to the store only to find it closed. I went back again and found the store closed due to illness. I finally found the store open again in July. A different person was behind the counter who gave me nothing but excuses. They had my printer from January to July and never once contacted me with an update or an estimate of any kind. When I finally got my printer back, it was still broken and in the same condition as when I brought it in. I will never step foot in this store ever again. Don’t waste your time. Go...

As a lifelong personal-computer user, from way back in the 60s and 70s, I can honestly say that TonerWest's knowledgeable owner, personal service, fair prices, and policy of recycling toner cartridges, drums, and whole printers sets this shop apart from the mainstream. As to the gent who knocked TW for prices higher than those in Tempe (I doubt it) ... perhaps, but then we'd have to drive 100 miles to Tempe. We haven't found any place in town that can beat Toner West's prices, not to mention exchanging used cartridges for a discount on your purchase. I've been taking my printers here for years when they act up. The owner is great at explaining what the issue is and fixing it right there on the spot while I wait.
