Tried to order something online a few months ago & the website was malfunctioning so I called the shop to speak with Jackie the Ex-owner because I knew she would get me squared away; well the owner was not happy to hear that I only wanted to deal with Jackie but Jackie was how I ever heard of the store. So I explained what the problem was & the owner seemed to think I was full of it or maybe I was trying to get a discount but when I explained that's not what it was, she seemed to get even more irritated with me! Your website was the problem not I! Well long story short I didn't place my order because I was hung up on! And when I called back I was hung up on again!
