I have been to a hundred milk tea stores including in different countries, and this is the only shop that would charge an additional $0.50 to request "less ice". Even overpriced coffee shops don't do this.
And the worst part? It didn't even show in their menu they would charge additional to request less ice NOR DID THEY SAY ANYTHING.
