I just discovered a great food truck that makes authentic and delicious Peruvian food! My mom and I shared a lomo Saltado sándwich with fries ($13), but next time we will order the meal ($16.99), which contains more meat. Nonetheless, the sandwich and fries were very flavorful and filled us up. He makes everything from scratch except the bread.
