I usually have a great experience w hobby lobby an never ever had a bad time, I went back recently and I've had the worst experience in my life I have never been treated so poorly and feeling as low as I felt and the staff that I asked for help from looked at me like they didnt know what I was talking about when I'd ask a question and the manager saw I was inquiring about something and he didnt bother to help me not one bit just started at.me and didnt care that his employees acted like I didnt existed I've spent alot of money w hobby lobby but I've never felt so humiliated in my life the only ppl who helped me who cared where the nice young girls who were happy to answer my questions but I was appalled at the fact that I'm spanish and all the spanish employees including the manager are the ones who treated mnpoorly and made me feel so terrible I didn't finish shopping and left in disbelief and disappointment o now Michaels and John Ann's is way friendlier n helpful and not...

The store is a little cramped but not terrible.
I like how they have a lot of employees on the floor. They were all working very hard. But they all seemed stressed and 2/3 employees were outrightly annoyed when I asked for assistance.
To me, this wasn't a reflection of the employees. It's a reflection of management. I immediately wondered what kind of environment the employees are working in. Typically hard working employees that are obviously stressed and unhappy = toxic middle management.
The store was in great shape.... especially considering it's Christmas time.
I feel like HLs household decorations are getting cheaper and cheeper in quality and yet more and more expensive. Also, I wish they'd bring back the 40% coupon.
Overall, I'll return here to shop.

Read moreThere were long lines and 2cashiers working. One lady up front piling things in carts to go back to stock instead of getting the lines gone to be able to close. I get clean up process but I think that gwtting the lines gone and serving customers should be priority. Also, she waited til 10 to 8 to call another cashier over. They turned the lights off for a 15 min warning that the store is closing. I still believe that this is a safety Hazzard due to it going dark while shoppers are still inside. I've been in there one other time this happened and the lights went off twice about 5 or 10 mins apart and I was told corporate has control of this .. well this night they did it once and I spoke loudly that it was dangerous and how I was told Corp did it.
