83 Tavern — Restaurant in Siesta Key

We had just moved to the area the day before we dined here. Were out running last minute late night errands. Hadn't eaten all day, whole family was starving, so we just looked up something near where we were shopping. Came across 83 Tavern and SO GLAD we decided to try it. Had no idea it was only their third day of being open. You'd never know. Quaint and cozy but cool. The food was amazing, everything we tried, apps and all. We're not big on tenders but these are awesome! Most importantly, though, the service was impeccable. Heather was our server and was super fun, very engaged, and gave great recommendations. She clearly new the menu well. We were greeted and seated immediately, and the manager stopped by during our meal just to check how everything was, but everyone that we interacted with was smiling, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there and enjoying being at work. Hard thing to find these days. You can get good food at a lot of places, especially around here, but you go out for service. Quality service is quickly, and sadly, becoming a thing of the past. Glad to see one restaurant that still has it's priorities right. Keep up the great work and we will definitely be back...

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food was out of this world — every dish was packed with flavor and clearly made with care and passion. You can really tell the owners and staff take pride in what they do. Really good vibe here. The food feels fresh and actually has some personality, not just the usual stuff you find everywhere. Service was super friendly without being over the top, which made it feel easy to just relax and enjoy.

The space has a laid-back feel. You can come in with friends, family, or even solo and it works. Definitely not one of those places where everything feels forced.
