Alan and Drea "Andrea" were amazing! My food was delicious and hot and ready when I got there! I was having a hard time ordering online. I called the store and Drea answered. She immediately helped me. She was very proactive in providing me a resolution for the online issue I was having. She was very quick, friendly, and professional. She was very knowledgeable. I had a complicated order and it was made perfectly. That was the best melt and boneless I have ever had. Thank you for amazing service. I highly recommend them. I just moved to this area.    Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I love Pizza Hut food, but the customer service at this store is as awful as it gets. I was waiting curbside since I had my two children in the car and wasn’t able to go inside the store for pick up. I had called the store multiple times with no answer, it finally took over 10 minutes for an employee to come outside to tell me that my order had to be remade for whatever reason he didn’t tell me, I had asked if I could have a refund for the inconvenience Which the employee did for me and then also told me that my food would be out. 40 minutes goes by my two children freaking out by this point so I go inside the same employee comes up to the counter, not even saying anything, just staring at me. I asked where my food was and he tried putting words in my mouth saying I said “it was all good” after being told it was being remade indicating that I no longer wanted my order which I never once said in any term. We waited over an hour and 45 minutes and when I called to see what was going on, the person said that there was no order under our name. He then gave the phone to who I assume was the manager, and he again told me that there was no name and then proceeded to tell me that he called the wrong number 3x and left a voicemail and then canceled our order because there was “no gate or apt #” and I am almost certain that we provided that Information . He was extremely rude with his tone of voice, I asked my boyfriend if we were gonna continue with the order and the manger said “it’s canceled” and I laughed and said this is inconvenient, and said thank you, bye.
