Can't speak for the other units, but the one we stayed in was #305 and had issues. The stormed door(with the bottom panel bashed in) was on the inside of the door frame which prevents you from opening the oven door all the way-which makes it easy to get burned. The stinky, ripped couch cushions were sunk in so much you couldn't sit comfortably on the couch. There were stains on the kitchen chairs and countertop.The wall paper was torn up in the kitchen. Managements answer to this was the unit is up for sale and they replaced a rusted out cooking pot with a new one. Why would someone build a townhouse and install an A/C unit that can't cool a house down below 75 degrees in Florida...

Every year the condo next door keeps getting more strict about people putting one foot over their flag(that they keep moving) yet they set up their umbrellas everywhere including past their own flags. This year our section was busy and since we are not allowed to set foot on the empty beach next door we had to set up almost 150ft from the water. I even saw them call the cops on a family that set up respectful behind their umbrellas, cursed at them and all. We will find a more welcoming...
Read moreWe booked a pretty last minute trip and this is what was available to us. We stayed in unit #212 and actually enjoyed it. The photos online made the place look not so nice, but we were all pleasantly surprised by how well kept and clean the condo is. Late night check in was a breeze and Melanie did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the complex. The condo itself is a bit dated, but who really cares? We only used it to shower, sleep, and keep our luggage in. It is VERY close to the beach, less than a minute walk. For the price, we couldn't have found a better place. I would...
