Stayed here for about a week this Spring and had a lovely time!! The building is so close to the water and has two pools: one by the beach and one by the building. Plenty of space to spread out. There is a siesta key trolley that runs up and down the main road throughout the day and night and will drop you at the club for free (except tip). Super convenient to explore the town. This area is really nice, the beach has perfectly white sand that feels like flour, and the beach is several miles long. The beach staff will move chairs for you for free and the sand is combed every night. These are condos so each one is similar but decorated/renovating a bit differently. It’s a much more relaxing/individualized experience than a hotel and I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area!

Absolutely gorgeous place. Right in the heart of Siesta Key. Lovely accomodations with everything you could need. We really enjoyed the beach and gazebo grill area. Tho it was a windy day and pretty chilly for Florida, we still had a great time. Our family always gets a room or two here to use as a party headquarters for grandma's birthday. She turned 95 this year!! It was a wonderful get together! The only con was they had most of the sidewalk closed for repairs, so walking in the grass was difficult for her, as it's very far walk from office to the room/beach/gazebo . All in all it was wonderful tho.

Each year for the last 6 years we've had a "small type" of a family reunion. Not many can make it each May, for two weeks of perfect weather, great facilities and accomodations, not to mention the friendly staff. We had a fantastic time between the two pools, the white sandy beach, BBQ area, and courts! Thank you from the O'Keefe and Wenzel families!

This place is ok but just not for us. Firstly, the office staff ladies are all amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable, but the office closes at 5:00pm and check-in is not until 4:00pm so if you can’t check-in between 4:00-5:00pm you are left with the security staff to check-in who were less than hospitable. It was clear they did not have the people skills to deal with the public. The first interaction was cold, at best. They seemed annoyed that they had to check people in. The second interaction, I politely asked if maintenance could check the air conditioning filter as our unit smelled very musty and the security officer said, “This is Florida, that’s how all places smell.” On the flip side, the maintenance guy (Brian I believe his name was if I can remember correctly) was extremely nice and validated my concerns while doing his best to remedy the situation.

The unit itself was ok, it wasn’t terrible, but it was probably the worst condition condo we’ve rented over the years at various beach locations in Florida. Just small things like the baseboards looked rotted with paint slapped over them, the paint was peeling from the bottom of the doors in the bathrooms, the fixtures were all very outdated, all the sink faucets were very strange. It was also not the cleanest. It had obviously had a surface clean but the tile floors felt dirty under foot and there were hairs in the towels. The window blinds were broken. The windows needed to be cleaned badly. On the plus side, the views from our unit were really nice and it was also a very spacious unit. It also had newer comfortable furniture in the living and dining room but the queen mattress in the one bedroom was horrible. The grounds were well kept, and steps to the beach. Also very convenient trash and laundry on each floor and an elevator made hauling luggage and groceries up to the unit easy. Parking was a challenge however once we found a spot we never used our car to go anywhere as the Frog Hop picked up right on site.

The main reason we would never return is because it was extremely loud with tons of children who seemed to run around unsupervised. The beautiful pool closest to the ocean was loaded with screaming, splashing kids all day everyday. The smaller pool between the buildings tended to be quieter but didn’t get sun on it until afternoon and there was still constant noise with screaming children running between the beach and the tower building. The beach was no better with loud kids everywhere. And loud parents blasting their radios and banging their corn hole bags a foot away from your head. There were multiple people who commented to us how loud the young families were so I know we weren’t the only ones who felt this way. It would’ve been nice if there was a family section of the beach and a quiet, adults only section of the beach to keep those two groups a bit more separated. The noise was constant and really ruined our time there. There was just no chance to relax. I honestly felt like I was on a public beach there were so many people and it was so loud. Even when we were up in our unit we heard constant screaming at the pool below. We felt like we were staying at a daycare center.

The beach really needed to be groomed but never was when we were there. It was rock hard with small duns of drifted, softer sand every once in a while. The bright spot was the wonderful beach service that was on site. The lounge chairs are taller which are so much easier to get in and out of and the boys setting up chairs and umbrellas were great.

All in all, this place isn’t terrible but it just wasn’t for us. If you’re a young family with kids, you’ll probably have a blast but if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing beach holiday, I’d...

Visited in April 2024. The gated entry into the property is impressive — a long brick drive lined with royal palms. Check-in was very quick. We stayed in C Building, which is not oceanfront but only a three minute walk through the property which features two very clean pools and beautifully manicured grounds. In fact, this property has a great overall look, in contrast to some of the surrounding properties which somehow have an industrial/commercial office building appearance. Our unit was C307. It was super clean and very spacious. Be sure to look carefully at the photos of the units online, as they do vary and are dependent upon each unit’s owner to keep them updated. |Property amenities include tennis courts (two of which are clay) and pickle ball courts, two pools, barbecue grills, complimentary chairs/loungers, and umbrellas (for $20/day). You sign up at the tennis court gazebo for the tennis courts, and sign-up starts at 12:00 noon the day before the day you want to play. Complimentary tennis racquets/balls are available at the office. Live music Tuesday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 near the beachside pool. |As for the beach itself, not much needs to be said about it here — the sand and water are pretty much legendary and rightfully so. |The staff was very friendly and efficient during all of our encounters. |Note that there have been some negative reviews recently about this property, mostly centering around problems with loud music/groups. We did not experience any similar problems, although we were not staying during the prime Spring Break season. |To sum it up, this is an outstanding, well-run property that we would...

Buyer (Renter) Beware – Stunning Beach, But Beware of Construction!|⭐️⭐️☆☆☆|Stayed: August 3–7, 2025 | Unit: Y-504||There are definitely some positives to this place—but also big-time negatives you should seriously consider before booking.||✅ Positives:|Absolutely pristine beach – one of the cleanest we’ve visited in Florida.|Beautiful views from Unit Y-504 – sunrise and sunset were truly spectacular.|The building itself is well-maintained, and the grounds and beach are spotless.|❌ Negatives (and this was a HUGE one for us):|We were completely blindsided by intense construction noise coming from the unit directly next door. Starting promptly at 9:00 AM every single morning, we were subjected to deafening jackhammering that went on for hours at a time. It was so loud we literally had to stand ear to ear just to hold a conversation in our own unit.||There was absolutely no warning at the time of booking or prior to our arrival that we would be in a full-blown construction zone. For the premium price we paid, it felt like a bait and switch. Peaceful beach vacation? NOPE---Not even close.||Bottom Line:|If you’re renting at this complex—especially Unit Y-504 or nearby—double-check with the owner or property manager about any active construction. The unit itself is nice, but the experience was absolutely ruined by the relentless noise.|You deserve to enjoy your vacation in peace—we...
