Crystal Sands on Siesta Key — Local services in Siesta Key

We stayed here 10 days April into May 2019 and couldn't be more happy with our stay. The grounds are very well kept (so pretty) and very clean. The pool was always clean and temperature perfect. After reading a review that claimed the place has gone down hill...I was worried but no worries I promise. We will be back. I didn't have any communication with the staff other than "good morning" Great idea to have every condos lanai screened in so you can enjoy all hours of the day and NO worry of bugs. The beach is as pictures shown...absolutely perfect!! as well as our 8pm sunsets. You are right on the gulf and steps away from white sands and about a 15 min walk to Point of Rocks that we walked...

This was my first time in Siesta Key. And of course first time at Crystal Sands. It exceeded my expectations! The complex is gorgeous and well maintained. Our unit was perfect set up for us with a view that I will cherish. It is great to have chairs that for the use of visitors and residents. We loved that we could walk up to the corner grocery, restaurants, breakfast places and shops. In addition, the trolley that runs the street was convenient when we wanted to visit the Siesta Village. We will be back! My contact Jim in the office was correct, "most beautiful beach"...the sunsets...

Spent two weeks there Aug to Sep. Beautiful view and sunset. Have taken many vacations here all different times of the year. Condos were always top grade. The facility, however, has gone downhill as far as upkeep and attention. The beach had not been raked for a long, long time. Dead fish and other sea animals lined the waters edge. Guests were cleaning the pool - beetles galore on top and bottom. Maybe they are trying to save money because of lost revenue from the Red Tide. We will be looking for another location next vacation. Nice vacation, but disappointed...
