I will NEVER go back to Tony's because of his rude disrespectful employee. I have bought at least 3 washing machines, 2 dryers and 2 refrigerators from Tony's over the past 6 years. I have recommended Tony's to my mother, my son, my friends and my customers (I am self-employed. I see different customers every day and I have recommended Tony's to my customers at least once a week because of the recent hurricanes). I have never had a problem with the staff until Nov 18,2024. I was looking at the Stainless Steel Refrigerators today and I was prepared to buy one today and pay CASH. I was talking to a lady with brown hair, she was nice. I was opening the refrigerators and looking inside while talking to her working my way back to the entrance. I opened the last fridge, 2nd from the entrance, priced at $450 and the other lady with glasses (I think she had blondish hair) was cleaning the fridge to the left side closest to the entrance. I did not see her because that door was open to the fridge and she was halfway inside cleaning. She rudely said "Ma'am can't you see I'm in here? Close the door!" I closed the left side door to the Stainless Steel Fridge I was looking at and said, "I'm sorry. I didn't see you there" She rudely replied, "Yes you did!" I said, "No I did not see you there. I just opened the door" She rudely argumentatively replied again, "Yes you did! You saw me!" I said, "No I did not see you. You don't have to be so rude to me." She rudely replied, "Whatever. You saw me here. Let it go. Let it go." She just kept arguing. Then I replied, "You let it go. I did not see you and there is no reason to be rude." Then she rudely replied, "You saw me here. You let it go. Why don't you just leave!" I said, "Ok. I'll leave and I will never be back" She rudely replied, "Good!" So I exited the store looking at the camera saying "After all the money I have spent, I'll never be back!" I just wish I had recorded the way she spoke to me. However, there are cameras there, so maybe the Owner can watch and hear how rude she was to me, a returning CASH paying customer. I will NEVER go back to Tony's. I will NEVER recommend Tony's to my family, friends or customers. There was NO reason for this employee to be rude and argumentative after I said I was sorry and shut the fridge door. Read moreI purchased a dryer from this store and told them that I needed it delivered within a timeframe of 11-4 the next day, which I was told would be no problem. The next day, I got a call from the delivery guy at 8:30 saying he wanted to deliver it. i told him it was an AirBnB house and that I had specifically requested a delivery between 11-4 because there were still guests in the house. The deliveryman said no problem and that he would meet me there at 11. At 10:45, as I was on my way to meet the deliveryman, I received a call from the deliveryman saying he was there and that he wanted to install the dryer. I told him that there were still guests there and that they did not know there was someone delivering a dryer and asked him to wait a few minutes until i got there. When i arrived, the deliveryman had already gone in the house and was installing the dryer. I asked him why he had done that when I had asked him to wait. i explained that this was an AirBnB house and that I wanted to be there to let him in. he said he was running behind and did I want the dryer installed or not. This infuriated me and I told him this was unprofessional and that I as going to let someone at Tony's know about this and he told me he was in fact Tony. I cannot speak to the appliances they sell there, but there is no way I will ever be purchasing anything from there again if this is the way the OWNER treats customers. He was arrogant and rude, and if you do business with him, beware.

Read moreI've never been treated so poorly by a "business." My 70 year old mother came home from having cancer removed to a broken refrigerator the day before Thanksgiving. Panicking, we drove to Tony's. (She has purchased a washer and dryer from them in the past.) We didn't have all of the correct measurements, so we told the ladies that we would call back with a credit card to purchase the correct size and have it delivered. After not getting through and leaving two messages, we decided to drive there again - we really needed a working fridge. Once there, Jess walked right past us and refused to speak to us and Belinda told us that she refused to sell us anything because we had supposedly bought one in the parking lot from someone else. We told her that we had not bought anything, hence driving back and trying to purchase theirs. She rudely lied to our face saying that the owner (who was not there) refused to sell us anything. I asked why she was refusing to sell a little old lady with cancer a fridge the day before Thanksgiving and she told me it wasn't her problem. I then called the owner and he said that he would gladly sell us what we needed, but that he was out of town for three weeks and the "girls" run the place and make the decisions. I just don't understand how someone can be so cruel to customers for no reason. We feel tricked, lied to, and discriminated against. We will never go back to these cruel, horrible people.
