Iāve never been treated so rudely by a shop owner in my life. I went into this downtown Siloam Springs shop expecting to browse and support a local business, but the ownerās attitude ruined that instantly. From the moment I walked in, the 70 year old looking brunette started staring us down, did not say hello and acted like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. When I asked a simple question, they gave me a snarky response that made it clear they couldnāt care less about customer service.
Itās shocking that someone running a small business would treat people this way. Word of advice: if you donāt want customers, just lock the door and close up. Iāll never be back, and Iāll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. There are plenty of other local shops that actually appreciate their customers ā this one...
