I’ve never been treated so rudely by a shop owner in my life. I went into this downtown Siloam Springs shop expecting to browse and support a local business, but the owner’s attitude ruined that instantly. From the moment I walked in, the 70 year old looking brunette started staring us down, did not say hello and acted like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. When I asked a simple question, they gave me a snarky response that made it clear they couldn’t care less about customer service.

It’s shocking that someone running a small business would treat people this way. Word of advice: if you don’t want customers, just lock the door and close up. I’ll never be back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. There are plenty of other local shops that actually appreciate their customers — this one...
