First and foremost, I love Pour Jons - they make delicious drinks & food, and some of the employees have become good friends to me and now know me by name. They often remember my order and have always been immensely kind and so friendly. I won't stop buying from Pour Jons as long as I live in Siloam. However, I wanted to share with others that you should not stop by Pour Jons if you're wanting to order something quickly. I've had two experiences where I've waited 45 minutes for one cup of iced coffee, and had to catch a plane that same day, which was a disastrous experience, and I wish I had left without waiting for my coffee that I already paid for. This week I had to wait 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich that I ordered to go. I would recommend ordering ahead if you need something faster, but even when I ordered ahead for my iced coffee and came in to pick it up 10 minutes later, I still had to wait for 45 minutes - almost an hour in total. As someone who worked heavily in customer service and the restaurant industry, I totally get it - employees work at different paces, other orders are more urgent and take a long time because they are the priority - but since it's happened twice now, with no communication of a wait or an apology, I figured it's worth letting others know. Often the wait is worth it and it won't deter me from continuing to shop at Pour Jons, but sometimes it's been...

I love Pour Jons. I have been coming here since it began. I even worked here for a short spell. Right now I am sitting in the upstairs with a pour over at my own table with seven windows providing light from two directions. It is the perfect working environment. The coffee and tea is wonderful. There are always at least three different beans to choose from and at least 20 different teas. If you start drinking coffee at Pour Jons, your tastes will change. They consistently make high quality drinks. Though, Pour Jons is not just for snobby coffee connoisseurs. The espresso is phenomenal, and you can get a great latte with any number of quality syrups. If you just want coffee, without "an experience," get the drip brew! You walk in and hand them a few bucks, they give you a cup, you pump the hot coffee, and you leave. Done. If you became a regular, I'm sure that this process could be streamlined so that you do not even have to speak. The service and the people are wonderful. Chris, the owner, and the baristas are more than willing to give you whatever experience...

I went to pour Jon’s for the first time and I had one of the worst experiences ever especially since I work in the food industry I waited in line it was packed since it was the day of the Christmas parade but the girl was busy trying to help others workers and didn’t take orders fast by the time I got up there I gave her time to get ready to let me order then I ordered I wanted my receipt I was waiting there while this nice older couple were behind me she left and I was apologizing to the couple that it took long I was waiting on her then this other girl employee was like it’s because you want a receipt and then the girl came back with so much attitude and said it’s fine it’s just so many buttons I have to press then gave it to me and walked off then my food was done I asked for a ranch and didn’t get one but I asked the employee if she just wanted me to leave the plastic notifier there and she was like yeah i would grab it but I don’t have the hands for it and I just wanted to say that it’s not okay to treat...

This is my second time visiting Pour Jon's this week with my family... very good! The new owner, Chris, is fabulous and really seeks to make sure your experience is top notch. He personally made me a new latte when the first, though using only half the sugar, was still a bit too sweet for my liking... perfect - even though I told him it was fine the first time. The atmosphere here is very metro, laid back and fun. The music selections are generally from yesteryear and recognizable. The decor is very fun with artistic disposable coffee cups and collectibles displayed around the seating areas. (see pics) The food choices are largely homemade. My breakfast sandwich was so good. The homemade bagel was more dense than bread but far less tough than store-bought... perfect! My yogurt bowl was also a winner. The latte speaks for itself. (see pics)

Stopped by here for the first time to grab a coffee & a chai to go on the Saturday before Christmas. My chai was good & my friend enjoyed his Carmel Breve. They have a couple good seating areas inside & weather permitting, outdoor seating as well. We did noticed that they do have some nights when they have live music and that there is plenty of parking. Honestly only gave them 4 stars because they didn't offer extra large beverages to go. I will be stopping by here more often now that I know they are conveniently located close to our friends house.

I’ve loved this coffee shop for years. Top tier drinks. Best baristas in Siloam. Amazing service. It’s definitely the most popular café in Siloam Springs. They often change up their seasonal menu for something new. If you’re a coffee connoisseur, this is the place for you. They have superb selections for pour overs. Any of their food will be great. Their pastries are and bagels are my favorites. My favorite latte is the Honey Nut Cherri-Oat Latte *with Oat Milk* Another fan favorite is the Honey Bear Latte. P.S. You gotta go on Waffle Wednesdays!
