DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND THEM CHARGING YOU FOR THINGS YOUR INSURANCE DOESN'T PAY.

I would give negative stars. I went through two drs in two year. They couldn't keep them. I literally go to get prescriptions refilled which I have been on for almost 10 years yet I have to go in and spend $$ for a visit to get refills. I went an saw a nurse practitioner to get my prescriptions. I asked not to do anything without my insurance covering it or letting me know the cost. I just got a bill for $600 six months later. $282 for an evaluation I did not concent to. I said if my insurance covers it. Well I assume they didn't take my insurance but didn't tell me up front. I didn't even see a dr and the cost is outrageous. For everyone that has great experiences thats great for me. Never see a nurse practitioner it costs way more than an actual Dr.

To top it off they charge me for a tetnus shots that is normally covered by insurance. $300 for that shot. hmmm Talk about costing your patients money by not telling them your insurance doest cover this if you get it here EVEN though I Asked to let me know costs before doing it not after doing it. All they care about is $$ not patient's.

I would have rated dr Kelly and her assistant 5 stars a couple months ago. But they have recently drove me to the point of no return with Thier lies just to get rid of me. I'm a chronic pain patient she prescribed me amphetamine 6 or 9 months ago for adhd and I got a Dirty us for amphetamine. Figured honest mistake somewhere dr Kelly will understand and help since she's the prescribing doctor. NOPE! They preceded to lie to me and tell me the ER would handle my pain. EVEN THOUGH HE HUSBAND IS THE HEAD ER DOCTOR. And she knows better that they don't handle chronic pain. Made me look like an idiot... So embarrassing... They just lied to get rid of me and now I'm faced with get my meds off the street or suicide. Thanks allot thought I found a doctor whom cares..by the way it's not like I'm just a screw off I offered to do whatever type of ua program they want to prove it was an honest mistake.. Then got other lies about the Surgeon Generals letter cutting all non cancer patients or non preop off. Another lie. Surgeon General says 4 a day 120 a month which I was on. Dr Kelly was my favorite doctor ever until this mishap hope...
