My experience has been a nightmare. I took the sleep apnea overnight test July 17, 2023. I waited 2 weeks to hear from Aerocare to set up an appointment to get oxygen and a bypap machine. I finally called them and they said they were working on it. I called every 2, weeks, getting the excuse that my Dr. had not sent the proper paperwork. The Dr's office has documentation that they sent everything that Aerocare requested immediately after it was requested. When I finally did hear from Aerocare, I was told, I would need to take the overnight test again before I could get oxygen because it was pass the 30 day limit required by Medicare. After my nurse calling 2 and 3 times a week, I finally got an appointment on November 22. The young man, Zack, was very apologetic and said he would tell his superivisors what had happened. I got my machine after 4 months of no response. It is a good thing it was not a medical emergency or I could have died from lack of response.    Read moreSixteen voice mails - zero response. Most of these calls were in regards to wanting to try new masks and pillows and a question on a message on my machine. One time I had a obscure part break from my concentrator and I left three voice mails before my husband ended up having go to in to the office. The part was easily a quickly replaced. My husband notice that no one in the office appeared to be at all busy. In October I contacted the billing department to remove auto pay because I could order supplies cheaper. I called Silt Aerocare and left a voicemail because not a single call was return, in the voice mail I stated that I wanted auto supply shipping stopped. Received a confirmation voicemail and confirmed with billing that the auto ship was stopped. Ten weeks later Aerocare did an autopayment on my original non health savings credit card for supplies. An additional seven calls to Aerocare and billing dept. and I still ended up having to cancel both credit cards and request new numbers to stop the shipment. I am just grateful that I have not had...

Explained my issue to 3 different people none of them bothered to write anything down. They asked me to drop it off at 1:30 pm had someone drop it off because I was at work. They asked him what was wrong with it. They close at 4 so I call to see what’s going on since it was 3:30 pm and no one had called me back, they said the tech or whatever just got done with another client and he is going to look at it now… but he wanted me to ask you what’s wrong with it……..
Hung up the phone let them keep the damn thing they can’t fix.
Tech called me back he couldn’t find anything wrong with it but he would send it to the manufacturer to see if they can figure it out. Told him what had happened and how I felt didn’t care at all.
They know they are one of the few suppliers out here so they know people don’t have much of a choice and they take advantage of that...
