FreeUp Storage Silt — Local services in Four Corners States

Free Up storage Silt was purchased by Free Up a bit less than a year ago from a family who has been in the valley for a long time. One of the owners was a friend maybe 24 years ago. Since the transition, the addition of an all day on sight property manager has been quite nice. He is helpful, curtious, and definitely a great asset to Free Up! They were lucky to have found him! The gate change and key pad has been a bit of an adjustment but I imagine because it has a key pad and not a cell phone pass key system that this is an upgrade. The price increase has been a bit of a motivator to downsize and it seems there has been some progress business wise as there are several changes happening on the property. A friend other day said when she was looking for storage in the valley she was told to pray. So FreeUp made a good investment and I imagine their prices will continue to rise with the valleys very high cost of living and the rarity of finding an unfurnished rental. Wonderful storage facility with amazing staff! Have been at the facility for long enough to watch a change hands from the previous owners, and the current managers of the property couldn’t be more thoughtful, courteous, and understanding. I recently went through an incredibly difficult break up, and was unable to make payments. I was terrified of losing everything I had left in this world, but Chip and Morgan went above and beyond to work with me, until I could finally get them paid. I recently went to my storage in Silt, upon getting there. I had a late fee this month and it was double locked. I called to ask about removing it, Chip was able to be there within minutes to remove it. While i was trying to remove my lock the key was not working. I didnt have any tools to remove my lock and live about an hour away from the facility. Chip volunteered to remove my lock for me! He is such a very positive person and very willing to assist me and make sure i was taken care of. This day also happened to be his day off! There are very few people still out there like Chip!
