Rislende Riverside — Restaurant in Four Corners States

What an unexpected delight it was, pulling up on the kayak to this hidden oasis in Silt, Colorado. There are painfully too few food and drink experiences like this on the Western Colorado River corridor, and none that are executed this perfectly. Rislende Riverside's biggest strength is in its versatility to offer you whatever kind of waterside "bar and grill" type of experience you prefer.

Drive in and have dinner with the family on their beautiful flagstone patio. Float up with the rafting crew and drink some beers on the beach while playing some cornhole before continuing down river. Finish up walking the dogs at Silt Island Park, then come have a romantic dinner for two at the high tops by the waterside. There are many different ways to enjoy this amazing space, and it would no doubt make an epic wedding and event venue.

The layout is integrated into the natural environment tastefully, so as not to take away from enjoying the natural beauty here. The amenities are spartan but in a good way, complete with indoor toilets and a quaint tent bar offering beer, wine and canned cocktails. The food is currently being expertly prepared by Two Forks, and their attention to quality is seriously unparalleled for the area. All three dishes were far and away the best meals we've ever had in Silt, and we've lived near and been eating in this town for many years.

Very little single use plastic is being used and recycling bins are on site; a huge deal when in such rustic surroundings on the banks of the most important waterway in the west. The employees were all very helpful and genuinely kind as well. My hope is that Rislende Riverside can endure and flourish, because this is exactly what our community has been missing and is a greatly appreciated addition to this...

Hidden gem alert! Cuz it's Amazing and and adventure to find lol. We stopped at Rislende Riverside and absolutely loved it. It’s a cozy little spot right by the river with an awesome vibe and beautiful scenery. The ambience alone makes it worth the stop — peaceful, relaxed, and full of photo ops. Our daughter had a blast climbing the rocks and staring into the river while kayakers passed by.

The food is made fresh out of a food truck setup, it was definitely solid and satisfying. You can tell they care about what they’re doing. The owners were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

Such a gem - Mu husband, our dog Pancho and I are always in the hunt for places where we all can have lunch together. We found this magical place and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
