Ocean State Job Lot — Local services in Silver Spring Township

I gave this place a high rating. Found some deals and really liked Bob Red Mill selection. I asked a question to a young lady stocking shelves, and her response was knowledgeable, and she was happy to help obviously liked her job. I'm handicapped and used scooter. It was a bit big for the store, but I was thankful they had it. When we were done shopping, getting it back to the starting area, it was not easy, and the team took care of it, and they were genuinely friendly and helpful. Since we used to be regular customers at the Ocean State Job Lot store in Westborough MA and are members of their Insiders Club, we've been eagerly awaiting the opening of this store on Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg. We were not disappointed and experienced a well lighted, well stocked store manned by cheery & knowledgeable staff. While we didn't buy a lot, we've marked items for future visits. I actually like this store, but do not buy their rugs. I've bought 3, and two of them were damaged. After returning number 2 for mold, I brought a replacement home that had less mold, that I was able to clean so I let it go. I just bought a third rug and it was covered in stains and food. Gross! I had to borrow a friend and their van to get this to my house, and I don't know how I would be able to return it. Best they can do is offer 20% back for a damaged item. I...
