I would give a negative rating if I could. I was there at an off-peak hour and the place had very few patrons.
First a guy tried to ram a cart into us and laughed without any guilt. Next a pervert followed us and tried to start unwanted conversation and suggestions. And then a rude, stubborn woman who wanted her way with moving across aisles, picking and dropping items in a rough manner, ordering - scaring - everyone around. Its absolutely fine to talk with your friends but does it have to be at the checkout counter first and then at the entrance of the store? Disappointing to witness typical uncultured behavior. (Do you guys go to any typical US grocery store and exhibit such raw attitude? I don't think so). It is not a mistake of the management/store but they can consider using security or keep a watch on misbehaving people and correct it then and there. (Advise to parents with kids: make sure you watch your kids else they could get hurt)
The store has a decent selection of items. The prices are higher compared to other grocery stores though. The place is not clean. There were a lot of flies swarming around all the open food items and the whole place smelled bad, especially the frozen items section. I suggest checking the expiry thoroughly and purchasing the items. The doors were left open and the store was very hot. I doubt any of the items will still be in usable condition.
The tulsi plants on sale were not fresh and were very dry. The lady at the counter admitted this, I got one anyway in an attempt to revive it. Suggest watering the plants well.
What is the deal with saffron sold at the counter? They only let me know about its availability after searching around for an hour and asking at the counter. And worst of all I was handed over an open box. I demanded an unopen well-sealed pack and the reaction of that lady employee was priceless, if you know what I mean.
Below average store, lots of changes needed. I may never come back here especially because of the way people act here. Bless...

TO THE OWNER: would you feed these expired/manipulated expiry date products to your kids? even if you get it for free?
