So I got a warranty on my playstation controller but of course ALWAYS read the fine print. The warranty is to get a refurbished controller - Not a brand new one. ( Its a free controller that has once been considered defective ) . I was very confused and upset and the employee kept interrupting the “ he /him “ person while they were tried to explain it to me. I was told to bring the controller back once I realized the controller would not hold a charge and low and behold .. they told me — “its too late” and I would have to trade it in like my other controllers. I had one of the best customer service experiences at your store today with customer service representative Logan. He assisted with my purchase of a gaming console for my son's 10th birthday gift . He provided an educational overview of the console step by step instructions to ensure functionality. I was thoroughly impressed and my son was very happy that we chose this Gamestop location. This store is garbage. My girlfriend bought the new Kingdom Hearts Funko Mystery box from here and for starts there was no one at the register to assist her with getting the box from where it was placed and then when someone did show up, the girl working there immediately mentioned that they didn't have any chases. Normally these boxes are wrapped in a clear plastic film, but this one wasn't. These people tamper with the merchandise and sell it as new. The GameStop in Simpsonville just loves to hire the sleaziest people in existence. I would rather drive to the closest city then do my business...
