I took my friends there for one of my friends birthday. the first lane was fine until it started resetting the pins constantly and never putting any out to bowl. it finally stopped working in the first lane of the second game. we called a tech to fix it. after we bowled one frame it started doing it again. so we decided to leave and pay for one game. they decide to make us pay for the 2 lanes we bowled because we bowled in that lane. we waited most of that lane and it constantly would not work. I decided to pay the 2.10 extra but never set foot in that place again. I will take my business elsewhere. rush lanes has never done me wrong no matter how many times...

The first time we went was last weekend during cosmic bowl. It was so loud and the music was so vulgar that we ended up taking my daughter home before we finished the first game. Then today we tried to bring our daughter in the afternoon around 5:15 pm thinking it would be a better atmosphere and even though over half the lanes were empty they turned us away because league starts at 6:30. Our lane was messed up the entire time and when I tried to address it I was told that “it was 100% fine”. It was not dropping pins, would knock over pins before we could even throw, the bar would get stuck, just about everything that could go wrong was. The employee would not come to the counter to talk to me about it, insisted I was wrong, and then another employee got upset with us.
