very cute shop, drinks are hit or miss. got a drink today that me and my friend have got multiple times and today it was just tea. none of the flavor of the drink that was ordered. and no milk cap and they tried telling me there was. i already felt bad asking to make sure when i knew there wasn’t, so i just left. /: i worked in a boba shop and coffee shops so i know customers can be wrong but i know this ONE time i was right. i don’t know if i’ll be going back.

update: the reason i say it’s hit or miss is how i explained it in the previous post. my friend and i have been a few times and our drinks were very good. but the last few times we’ve had mix ups. the drink flavor was coconut, 100% sugar. it just tasted like tea with a splash of milk. as for the milk cap, i know she didn’t add milk cap bc of the way i shook the drink after i came in an asked to make sure it was added. also just by the way the drink looked. milk cap is a very thick salty foam. when i drink all of my drink (even after shaking it) there’s still a lot of foam left at the bottom because of it being so thick because it doesn’t mix easily (which is not the issue). you tried telling me it’s the color of the foam and the drink being the same. but milk cap floats, you can see the difference when you put the milk cap on, and it’s a white foam, not a beige color like the drink was. there was even empty space from the top of the liquid to the seal of the drink that showed it was missing. i felt even more bad bc you put your employee on the spot, and i’m not going to make you go out of your way to put it on when you guys are busy and you clearly felt i was wrong by telling me and by putting the employee who made the drink on the spot. sorry for the review but like i said i worked at a boba shop for a while and a coffee shop for a little over a yr and a half, two yrs, so i’m not trying to sound like a “karen”, im just stating what i know from my experience working in the industry and how it was a embarrassing...

I will be the first to admit that I know next to nothing about bubble tea or similar drinks/tea shops. However, I really enjoyed my first experience into that world. This shop was very clean, well decorated, the staff was very friendly, and they were also patient as I took quite long time perusing the menu. Ha ha. To be honest, there are so many options and combinations of what could be created here that it was a little overwhelming. I tried to reduce my sugar where I could, but I went with one of their top sellers because I figured why not?! It was very tasty , and the little bubbles are a fun texture element.
