He is always available when I, my boys, my mom and other family members are needing his techinal assistance, expertise or purchase of new items. He always greets us and other customer(s) with a big smile, wave and how they can be assisted. Besides Javier, the Wireless World team members, at the Hamilton Blvd location are a great group of representatives. I experienced them assisting each other by teaming up to help each other process & activate the customer's new phones, tablets, etc when someone was needing help. I am a forever customer of Mr. Javier Torres and will wait my turn in line to meet with him on my cell issues.    Read moreWorthless, kept telling my wife different excuses why her phone could not get internet connection.Her hands free mode being on was the best.Four different trips on a phone that was not even 30 days old. Then told her to get a different phone she would have to pay a $35 restocking fee.We went to the store on Sunnybrook Drive and they not only replaced her phone but updated our plan with another GB for less money. If you want to deal with very rude and unprofessional people this is your place.After the fact we were told by others that the Hamilton store has a lot to be desired. Here is an update from this undesirable store. After waiting for 3 months for our employee discount that they were supposedly to have taken care of it, turns out it was not submitted. Extremely rude and did not help me solve my problem, they have been overcharging me non stop for months now.They give me the actual payment for 2 months straight and later they over charge me double on the following bill. My bank has approved of a transaction that was done and they still refuse to credit me that amount. Nobody in this location has communication with each other. Corey refused to transfer me to someone in billing and hung up on me & later refused to answer any of my phone calls.
