Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Sioux City

This was only our second time visiting Caribou. We just moved to the state from Az. We went the first time a week ago and there was two young girls working. When we enter nobody even acknowledged us for a good 10mins. No we will ve right with you etc...we thought we would give them another shot. A young man was running yhr drive thru,a young girl with glasses was working again. Never said a word to us as she walked out to collect dirty dishes and clean up then proceeded to walk right by us again and go to the back and start dishes! There is five orders up on the screen when we came in and waited 15mins for the young man to help us as the girl left him to drown! He finally went back and said "i think i need help" dhe comes out with an attitude like this more guy could do it all on his own. I work in customer service, specifically food and that would not fly in our place. Your busy, apologize and let the customer you will be right with them. Coffee and engery drinks are amazing but will not be back because of the customer service...

Caribou’s espresso actually does what espresso should do (unlike a certain other popular chain), it energizes. And the espresso is delicious, my go to is a large dark chocolate iced mocha. I also love the fact that there are multiple chocolates to choose from for the mochas. The espresso is also fresh, which is questionable with Starbuck’s iced lattes. Mark at this location is the perfect addition to the Caribou experience. He is full of energy, super interactive with customers, and acts like every day is the best day. I haven’t had one visit with him at drive through window where I don’t leave smiling. He even plays Rock Paper Scissors to pass time while you wait for your drink, but winning isn’t his strong suit. Get that man a raise! I recommend...

Caribou… always the best. The people who work here are amazing. They do seem to make my day brighter. And i appreciate them. Marketplace Caribou is great. It is my main stop for coffee. The Caribou at America Truck Stop exit I-29 for Vermillion has become a regular main coffee stop for me as well. Today Kaylie at TA Truck Stop Caribou was excellent as always!! She came to greet me at the counter with my Large Depth Charge in hand (aka The Double Grizz lol). It doesn’t get any better than this. The people working at Caribou are the reason I love the place.
