They are rude! There is a guy that works there and will hang up in your face. Best bet is to use auto pay through the app and avoid direct payments. There customer service sucks. Also they can schedule for your payments to be due when you get paid then harass you the day of as if it’s a late payment. Like can I wake up first? The manager is great though! I just wish she train her rude staff in there to be more respectful. Like I’ve never been late on a payment and got that kind of treatment. But I’ve experienced this behavior on more than one occasion. I didn’t even want to give one star. I almost canceled my table and wanted to send it back.
