Easy to work with. Professional. Efficient Communication. Great Aseptic Techique Utilized. The guys have probably been waiting for this review to come in for a couple weeks now. My friend and I got tattoos and they turned out great - mine healed very quickly. This was not my first tattoo, but I did get woozy and literally vomited during my appointment - first time for everything I guess. Embarrassing as it was, it showed how compassionate and caring tattoo artists can be - good thing Lee has kids and was not phased by this. Lee not only had excellent care and communication skills, but he did a very good job with properly disinfecting my tattoo site. I didn't tell him at the time, but I am the Director of infection prevention and control at a hospital and I was pleased at how well every artist that I witnessed sanitized their work stations and aseptically prepped their sites. 100% would recommend Lee and his colleagues, as well as get another one (if he will have...

Employees were very friendly! I gave my artist some ideas on what I wanted for my grandmas memorial tattoo! He turned it into something even better! He did a walk in because he knew I wasn’t from Sioux Falls. I didn’t have the time to set up an appointment for a different day due to my work schedule at the time. I plan on getting more ink from this location! Also they have tons of cool designs all over the shop! I also get anxiety with needles but my artist was very polite and kind! My sister and I want to Heart Tattoo to get sister tattoos done for my birthday. We both went it with nerves and butterflies in our bellies, but our artist (Adrian) made us feel at ease! He was incredibly professional, polite, and caring! He gave us advice on our tattoos, gave us options that fit in our budgets, and drew up the most amazing design! To say this was by far the least painful tattoo I have received is a great understatement! Both my sister and I are very touchy around needles of any kind, but we both agreed that we barely felt a thing!
