Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

Decided to go inside and sit down because we had about 40 minutes to kill. There was no one in line in front of us and only 2 others sitting in the dining. I know everywhere is quite short staffed right now, so I wasn’t bothered by the wait. What I was bothered by was that we had waited 10 minutes for our food, another two people had walked in and ordered food, they gave our food to this couple immediately after they ordered. When we went up and asked about it, the barista was very angry as if we had no patience with them being short staffed, they continued to make drive through food orders before making ours. I am not upset about the wait, but more so about how mad the barista was that we had asked about our order being they had given it...

Service here is incredible, they are always so nice and friendly and do a fantastic job. This is a fantastic neighborhood coffee shop to relax, get work done, or just enjoy the day. Prices are always decent, and the quality is up to my standard. Usually they have great coffee, and I really enjoy their single origin and specialty roasts. They had a Rwanda, a Columbia, and a Costa Rica that were simply awesome! I can't stress how friendly and accommodating the staff is, they always deserve any tips they receive that's for sure. We arrive first one in the drive through and place our order of a Macha cold drink and the new energy cranberry coconut milk cold foam, it was made in 7 mins that's great timing but then they were placed behind their computer when finished instead of handing it to us when we paid for it already, we noticed they started proceeding doing the next orders after ours while ours sit there for another 13 minutes while we look at ours, the other employee was putting away milks and cleaning up so I knock on the window and I mentioned our drinks are made right there can we please have them?
