I had approximately $1700 worth of framing scheduled to be done with this company. I left my prints at Piper and waited. And waited, and waited. I stopped in after a month and a half, and was told my framing was not done because Jon had cut his finger and they were behind. I stopped in a few weeks later, and my framing still was not done. However, the gallery had been repainted and remodeled!!! AMAZING! Finally, after three months had passed, I went and demanded my prints back. They had done NOTHING! NOT A THING (except remodel the gallery). I barely got an apology. I did get a lot of excuses about Jon's finger putting the business behind. HOOEY! What a joke! Don't trust this business to get the work done or be honest...
