Not overly impressed with these guys. Had a pool installed and they left a disaster of a mess. They showed up, installed the pool, and left without talking to anyone. Didnāt show us a thing. Never received any kind of manual or documentation for the pump or filter. Asked for one and have yet to receive it. They were supposed to winterize the pool (we paid for the chemical as it was installed in the fall) and they never did, it was gross come spring. I had messaged (with a photo) the guy we were working with to see what to do and never did receive a response back. The liner was installed and pool filled with wrinkles in the liner (for the price itās unacceptable). Was told the purchase price included āeverything you need - no additional purchasesā, however they forgot about the ladder, sand, dirt removal, chemicals, fire hydrant hookup, cleanup after they leftā¦. Ā Ā Ā Read moreSplash City installed our pool in 2022 and when they re-opened it for us in the spring of 2023, they noticed the liner had torn in a few places. We were still able to use it all summer as they worked on getting a replacement liner from the manufacturer.
It was still under the manufacturers warranty for materials, but not for labor. Splash City stepped up and handled the labor and replacement of the liner at no charge to us. They were also able to pump out and save about a third of the water (7,500 gallons) into a pop-up pool, and pumped it back in after replacing the liner.
Itās good to know that they stand behind the products that they install. We really appreciated them working with us and handling the labor at no charge. Thank you Kelli and Splash City.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolute worst customer service. They came to service our pool and our pool fell apart. We contacted them and they completely ignored us for 3 months and then sent us a bill. Call to resolve bill and they say they have no records of us even being serviced and we should have paid on the spot and then tried blaming their accounting for why we should pay a funk bill. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPLASH CITY. You've been warned.
This actually proves their horrible customer service. They actually reply here before even calling to tell us what's going on. You can call all you want but in our eyes it's resolved and you will receive no payment.
