WOW PAWN DEPOT has become my go to pawn shop. I a big fan of different guns and pawn depot always has a great selection and the price are on the money. And if you have a problem pawn depot will take care of you right then and there. All the staff is friendly I dealt with all of them over time. Then I came across Tonya Mann she is does her job superbly! Tonya has come to know me pretty well as a customer and will show me gun after gun even if I tell her I’m not buying today but I would like to look at something in the future. Tonya has also worked with me on pricing if I think something is a little highly priced 10 out of 10 times she will get you to best price possible. I like everyone at Pawn Depot but it’s funny when I walk in they all know who I’m coming to see and just laugh and I say I’m her to see my “gun girl” which is TONYA MANN. Tonya has built a business friendship with and ask me if I’m doing good and talks to me about different things that I may be going through. I feel that Tonya Mann goes above and beyond what most associates will do for you. I will always buy from Tonya Mann as long as I do business with PAWN DEPOT. I hope she never leaves because I get bummed out if I go in on a day see is off because she is so friendly that she always brightens my day on every visit. So I usually always support local businesses made a lot purchases from here never had a complaint and I usually don’t leave a comment i spend alot of money here but i recently deposit for a gun so I called today because holidays finally I am free I was inform it’s sold so I lost my deposit that’s my fault but at least since I spend quite alot with them they can’t even tell me but here the real problem I bought a gun there for almost 600 with tax the gun came with one magazine so I went back to today planning to resell and buy a new one i came bring a gun with a extra magazine and a crimson trace laser and flqsh light he offer me 325 i said wow really?? i said the crimson trace alone was 80 bucks not even talking about extragazine i ask him and said i come all the time support you all he replies when i sold it to you its brand new i said look at it i never use it once can you please help me i am spending with you again .. he replies i run a business and gave me a smirk like he knows how to run one and others don’t as much I spend there I enjoy the customer service good people but the management hopefully reads this because its not always about money somtime you win somwtike you lose but i know you dont care you lost me as a customer that i spend alot witj you all but quoted me oh i run a business well glad you running it you just lost a...

Usually, when my boyfriend and I go here, the workers are very respectful. Yet, not even 5 minutes ago, he just left from Pawn Depot feeling very disrespected. I decided to stay in the car, but my boyfriend wanted to see what he could get for his drone. According to him, he went up to the counter and spoke to the worker and/or owner, said “hey man, what’s going on” and the “gentleman” at the counter just looked at him and said “no, I don’t want it! I don’t want it!” Loud and very obnoxiously to my boyfriend. Now, obviously he’s talking about the drone and that’s fine. He doesn’t have to sell or take in inventory that he doesn’t see a profit in. BUT. THERE IS A WAY TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE THAT COME IN YOUR STORE AND THAT IS WHAT IS SO INFURIATING. To quickly blow someone off and not even say hello?
