Walked into Crumbl Cookie Slidell on 2/22/23, and there were no workers to be seen. I said hello so someone in that back would notice I was in need of help. To my surprise a toddler comes running through the back section right in front of the ovens. I was so terrified the child might get hurt. Then a young female comes running behind her and scoops her up. Omg, I am pretty sure that having a toddler in the work area is not allowed. Clearly the should be child endangerment. But clearly this place has no management team. As I continue to wait for assistance another female shows her presence in the rear work area and I am still invisible to them all. I continue to wait while they girls begin to speak/gossip about their dislike of other employees. So finally I speak up and and who’s the manager on duty and one of the females that were gossiping says she is the shift leader in charge. Now I get it! Finally I just gave up and left. Read moreThis location is the worst. At other locations, the employees will all greet you immediately when you walk in, the employees here did not. Even though I was the only customer there, they took a few minutes to ask if I needed help, then seemed annoyed that I needed to order and pay with cash. I was waiting for my cookies when another customer, who was also not greeted, came in. When my cookies were brought to me, the employee just set the box on the counter and walked away. There was no "thank you" or anything like that and she didn't even open up the box like they normally do at other locations to make sure everything was okay. I'm sure they won't care, but I will never go back to the...
Read more1st time experience ever at a Crumbl Cookie. I had heard rumors that they used boxed cake mix in their cookies, and wasn't sure if it was worth shelling out over $4 per cookie for something that isn't completely homemade. Gave them a chance anyway. A star for the customer service which was great and another for 1 of the 3 cookies I purchased which was actually decent (the frosted animal cracker cookie). I saw the cookies being made and it looks like they do indeed use cake mix as their trash can was full of boxes of it. But what upset me the most and the reason for the low review is that they charge over $4 per cookie and use Great Value (Walmart) cake mix!!!!!! That is...
