I'm so glad that you asked. My husband and went there to have our phones activated because the Verizon in Fremaux Town Center always does it for us. Unfortunately they are closed due to the CoVid19. The man named Alex asked if he could help us and my husband began to explain to him that we needed our phones activated He then begin to explain to us how easy it was and all the information we needed was in the phone He showed every indication that he did not want to help us He even went as far as to tell us that we charged for that why he's down in his cell phone type and texting or whatever he may have been doing. I would have never treated a customer like that I would have assisted the customer show them what they needed to do and never made them feel like It was something that we could do on our own. Read moreDo not buy an iPhone 11 from there. I only had it for three weeks and the camera does not work, plus other problems. They told me to go to Metairie and return the phone at the apple store. Come to find out it is closed. Called apple and they told me to go to Best Buy first to see if I could get an exchange there. They told me I have to make an appointment and they will probably have to send it off after they do a diagnostic test because they probably don’t have any in stock.
