I'll be honest. Most of my visits to this location use to always take place via the drive thru. When that was the case I was always struggling with their wait time and the layout of their waiting zone ahead of the window.
As of late my child has been pushing to go inside to dine. This has completely changed my perspective all together.
The staff is beyond friendly. They are incredibly smart when it comes to the menu and what you want when feeling adventurous.
Being the queen of dairy (Ah-Ha!) their ice cream is always top notch. Second to none in my book! The food is great too, I just don't eat here very often.

Read moreWe went through the drive thru to get some cupfections and asked if they could be dropped down in larger cups because last time they leaked onto Cathy’s clothing and the truck. She got POed and said she wasn’t supposed to do that. We offered to pay for the cups and she got upset which made Cathy upset and me mad. I told her co-worker what we wanted and she seemed confused. They threw the ice cream out and started making them again. All we asked for was to get them dropped down into larger cups so they wouldn’t leak again. I don’t know if it was a language problem or what. I told them if it was going to be that big of a problem to just keep it. We went to McMinnville and got them put in larger cups. They were very friendly and Smithville DQ won’t be getting any more of...
