Overstock Outlet — Local services in Smyrna

Smyrna Overstock Outlet is one of my favorite places to shop. The prices are super affordable, and the variety is amazing. You can find so many different things here—kids' clothes and toys, mattresses, water boilers, books for children, home furniture, and even small decorations. It really feels like a one-stop shop. Every time I visit, I find something new.

The store is very big and clean, so it’s easy to look around and take your time. Even though it’s a discount store, the layout is nice and cozy. They put effort into making it look organized and pretty, not like a messy warehouse.

I live about 45 minutes away, but I still like to come here when I have time. It’s worth the drive. The shopping experience is fun, and the prices make it even better. Today, I saw couples, families with kids, and everyone seemed happy and excited while shopping.

The staff here are friendly and always ready to help. They don’t pressure you to buy, but they are available if you have questions. Many items are ready to take home right away, which is great if you need something fast.

I came in with a reluctance to purchase. Let's just call it shoppers' right of refusal. I ended up meetings the best group of staff I could have asked for. With all of my questions and indecisiveness they were patient, attentive as well as courteous. With the questions answered and all of the haggling out the way. I left with my new purchase. I bought two Xbox controllers on Saturday, May 3 from here. Neither work due to massive, unusable stick drift. Their receipt said that you can get a refund within 5 "business days" but they count weekends. I came back on Saturday, May 10. That's 5 business days, folks. So, they would not refund their useless junk, made me exchange it for another one that I am doubtful will work, and made me feel like they were doing me a great favor after bring incredulous that I would have the audacity to come in. Be wary of this place and if you can't test it, don't buy from here....
