I placed an order through the Little Cesar’s website on 12/31/21. They use Door Dash for deliveries, which I was not aware of. My order was never delivered. I called and received a confirmation number for a refund. Now, almost 2 weeks later after waiting on hold for customer service for over an hour one day and then leaving a message requesting a call back. Then never receiving a return call and calling back the next day to remain on hold for 40 min until someone finally answered the phone. I wanted to follow up on the status of my refund and I’m told that I will not receive a refund. They stated I entered the wrong delivery address and it could not be delivered. I assured them that I did not enter the wrong address. They asked if I still had my emailed receipt and if my address was on the order confirmation receipt. I looked and told them that no address was on the receipt besides the store address. I was told that because my address was not listed on the receipt that I can’t prove I put down the correct address, therefore my refund was denied! Now how in the world do I have control over what Little Caesar’s put on their receipts?? This company knows NOTHING about costumer service and obviously doesn’t care if they steal from a costumer by taking money and not providing the product. I spoke to a supervisor and am now waiting for a manager with customer service to call me (which I’m sure they never will). I will NEVER order for Little Cesar’s again! $54 may not be a lot of money to this company but it’s a huge amount for me to spend as a special treat for me and my kids.
UPDATE: It is now over 24 hours later and I still have not received a return call. They may not ever refund my the money they stole but I will post my encounter with Little Caesar’s everywhere I can so others will be aware of how this company works.

I feel that this store has too many children and not enough adults on staff. There is always an issue with waiting to be served at this location. Today, however, was the worse. I arrived at roughly 8:20pm to the store and there were 3 groups in front of me waiting to order. These groups were waiting before I walked in the store and were not serviced until I looked around the counter to find someone to help us. After the three groups before me were helped, the staff taking orders walked to the back of the store not to return on her own will. I patiently waited, only to hear and witness continued horseplay from amongst the staff in the rear of store. I finally walked to the corner of the counter and loudly requested some help with my order on the front counter to insure they were able to hear me over their scuffle. The same young lady finally returned to assist. She asked "what can I get for you?" and after I explained I wanted two of the "bestest" pizzas, she quickly scurried to the back while saying she needed help with the order. I proceeded to walk out of the store and went to the Nissan Papa Johns to place my order instead... THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. IF YOU WANT MY MONEY, FIX IT! Read moreI cannot fully convey my disappointment with this place tonight. I ordered a deep dish pepperoni and a crazy combo and can't hardly eat any of it. The pizza itself, aside from not looking like it should, was still incredibly doughy in the middle. Not chewy; but actual raw, still uncooked dough. I tried to salvage what I could by eating the outer parts, but more than an inch in and it was the same. You'd think the crazy bread would at least save me, but no. To my surprise when I opened the bag there were only three pieces in there. Last time I checked, a crazy bed order comes with more than three pieces. Also each piece was remarkably thick and heavy. Upon inspection these were also not baked all the way through. I don't even know how that happens. I guess tomorrow night I'll throw everything into my oven and see if I can salvage it. Right now, however, it's just a waste of 10 bucks. Incredibly disappointing because when a Little Caesars deep dish is properly made and baked, it's better than a Jet's pizza in my opinion.
