Bought a motorcycle from them for $3500 back in November. Did not really break it out and start riding it until recently. Thing is a complete p.o.s. It has been ridden with problems since I bought it. I've only gotten a few quality rides out of it since buying the thing. I've already had to replace so many things on it. They assured me nothing was wrong with it but it's my fault cause I should of looked further. As soon as I took the bike out first the belt snapped cause it was too tight then the battery died. They blamed the belt snapping on me. I was quite offended. They replaced the belt which I appreciated but I'm a younger fella and don't own a truck or a trailer or anything so it just had to sit there in their parking lot until I could ask someone to help me which was about 2 weeks. Have not even bothered to take it to a shop cause I'm scared what the repairs will be. Thought I was getting the deal of the century at first. Older bike with 12k miles, 2 helmets, chaps, separate passenger seat but I got screwed. Part of me thinks they knew there was problems with it but wanted to get rid of it. This pawn shop is the worst I've ever been to! Arrived 8 minutes before closing and the door was locked! Customers still in the store then when the male associate with long brown hair pulled into a bun came to the door to let customers out was EXTREMELY RUDE and had a VERY bad attitude when sayijg theu were closed! When asked if they closed at 5:50 or 6 confirmed closing was at 6. I showed him the time was 5:56 (because we stood at the door for 5 minutes waiting on someone to come to the door) He looked at my husband and I rolled his eyes proceeded to ask the manager an older black woman with a Bob style hair cut if they were closed and she said they were closed shut and locked the door in my face! Wow is this really how business is done? With the attitude these people had I guarantee if confronted about it by another manager or General manager they will lie and say that's not how my husband and I were treated or what happened at all and will proceed to make it out as we are disgruntled customers not getting what they want and leaving a bad review. Wow! They do exist!! Sincere and honest folks! That's Troy, one of the workers there. Let me tell you, I went looking for a lawnmower a few days ago because mine had locked up on me. Troy approached and greeted me right away, asked what I was looking for.

I told him about my lawn mower that wouldn't start, not for the sake of me trying AND was ready to just ditch it for another one. Troy showed me several, then went on to show me a video on YouTube about how to fix a cord, an easy fix. He said: "Ma'am, I'm not here to push you to buy anything. It sounds like the mower you have can be salvage, hence; saving you a couple hundred buck.

Guys, I went home and followed the video to a tee and what do you know? My lawnmower cranked up without a problem! Said all that to say this: "Who does that anymore?" This man could've push me (a little older lady) to buy a lawn mower (I was intent on getting my yard cut) without a care in the world.
