Immediately walking in the door was a red flag for me. I purposely drove an hour to patronize this business and I didn’t have a great experience. I had to use the restroom after driving for an hour in traffic. There is a sign in the window “NO PUBLIC RESTROOM “. I was told to use BIG LOTS restroom. I’m like are u serious. I’m 7 weeks POST OP where I had to undo my faja just to pull it back up then off to try on their faja once I made it back. Their inventory was very slim pickings. All the strapless or tank style were to be ordered which needed to be customized and was said to take up to 4 wks. Being that I was in dire need I needed one asap despite my experience. I paid $215 plus $165 for portable Lipo machine and I could not be accommodated for the restroom or a fajas that fit and wasn’t overpriced. I will not recommend this business based on my experience. Also NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES PERIOD. Plz treat your customers like royalty. Your place is too beautiful and nice for me to be treated like I was. This is SOO UNNACCEPTABLE. The customer service is horrible! They act like they have more knowledge than they really do which led me to get the wrong garment initially. The owner is loud and apparently wrong in her recommendation which led me to have to purchase another garment sooner than I should have after spending almost $600.00 They don’t have inventory available and instead of stating that when asked over the phone they waste your time having you come in and, tried to push the same size I previously purchased. When you walk in they are on their phones at the front desk and half acknowledge you. They act like you are doing them a favor patronizing their business. I do try to support Black owned businesses but they need to get it together. I would rather drive an hour out of my way to Duluth than to support these unprofessional women. WE MUST DO BETTER! This botique is a joke very unpleasant I drove very far and the lady that was there was pushing me to make a sale for 2 fajas that did not accommodate my needs or measures, as I needed one asap for post op. We were trying to figure out something with my measurements. They DO NOT have all varieties. Not only that but the girl had showed me a text message From the store owner Bri.. pretty much saying if I’m not buying anything to hurry up and rush me so she can close as she “lol” through her message as I was searching during the time. However the time says other wise as they close at 6 and I was there at 5. It’s unpleasant and It shows how affected this owner is by me not making a purchase.
