King Spring Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Smyrna

I've been eating here for years until recently. Honestly, it was never that good. I'm originally from NY and visit my Mother in NY several times a year and eat Chinese just about every day.l while in NY. I love Chinese food, it's my favorite. Anyway, I used to eat @ king spring because it was close to me and nothing else around that delivered to me. I found a few dishes that I liked ok. Well the owners must have sold it a few months back to the new owners. Since new owners took over the food has gone down hill!! They mess my order up EVERY TIME, yet I continued to give them chances. Tonight was the last draw! I called to place a order for delivery and was talking to one of the new owners, a older man with glasses. He was rude and not helpful at all. I asked for 20 wings extra crispy. I asked for half bbq and half plain (fried). He told me it would be .75 cents extra. I asked why and he said because you only get to choose 1 sauce no matter if you order 50 wings. Which is crazy to me. Most restaurants give you a sauce per 10-12 wings. I said to the man I only want one sauce on half the wings and the other half plain no sauce. He said he was still going to charge me extra because it's "more work" to sauce only half the wings. He really started to get rude with me and hung up on me when I asked to explain this policy to me again. To me it wasn't about the money it was only .75 cents but it was the principal that they wanted to charge me extra for virtually nothing. This place always empty and I figured out why there is a young girl in the front who takes orders and she always seems to have a snobby attitude if you ask her a question about the food and how it comes prepared. If this is a family business I need to retrain this young child and knowing how to speak to people. If someone comes in asking about the food you should know a little bit about it instead of saying I don't know I don't know. The food is okay this is my second time going to this place but the young child female child at the front has a snotty snobby attitude as if she doesn't want to be bothered. So I feel as though they really need to retrain her if she's going to be taking orders be ready to answer questions about how the food comes prepared. Then after I get my food she tries to be nice and when I walk out she's talking about have a nice day I didn't even say anything back to her very disgusting personality to be in the front dealing with people. I came here with my family( toddler and husband). Everything looked clean. We both ordered a seafood noodle soup. I ordered chicken fried rice to go with it. & for our son he loves chicken lomein. The broth was delicious and chicken fried rice was pretty salty but it complimented the broth. We basically ate a little of everything. We had lomein and rice lef over. I got a smally stomach pain a while after. My son got diarrhea. I did not connect the dots. I have the left overs the next day. Horrible stomach cramps. We all have diarrhea. I know its tmi but these stomach cramps are no joke. We all got food poisoning from them. Things are not always what they seem. I'm leaving this review so everyone beware.
