As a frequent visitor to Tolleson Park over the past few years, I’ve noticed some areas that could use attention. The restrooms, in particular, could definitely benefit from some TLC and ideally a remodel to add more toilets. The hiking trails are a great feature, but the bridge over the creek is showing signs of wear and could also use some maintenance, along with some much-needed tree trimming in that area.

On a positive note, kudos to the park management for starting renovations on the pool—it looks like a major improvement is underway. Also, the softball fields are very well maintained; the grass looks fantastic. It would be wonderful to see the same level of care extended to the soccer field, which is beginning to show signs of wear and could benefit from some upkeep.

Overall, with a few key improvements, Tolleson Park could be an even more enjoyable and safe space for families, athletes, and anyone looking for some distraction...

We have played at Tolleson park for softball. It’s a generally well maintained park with a pool, volley ball, tennis, playground, soccer and softball fields. Bathrooms are also there, although, could us a little upgrading, but not bad for a local recreation and sports complex. Lost a star for some general maintenance on some of the fields, they could use some new dirt and smoothing. We have had some players twist ankles and have softballs pop them in the face due to uneven dirt and rocks in the in-field. Part of the game but also something that can be cut down with some maintenance. Also, the lights aren’t automatic so when the staff wraps up for the night, they shut those things down right after the final game so you get to walk to your car in the dark…. They did have a police officer in the parking lot typically for evening games so it was still pretty safe I felt. Overall, not a bad facility and has a lot of good community...

Most people seem to come here and do 1 thing but the beauty of this park is you can mix activities all at the same park. I enjoy this so i will do 2 miles jogging walking around the nice paved .5 mile circle then play tennis. They have volleyball in the back with sand. Plenty of parking always. This is a good park overall. If u just want to focus and it is quiet and clean. And tennis is available. And they have restrooms. Pool. Whoever took the photo for this place that is funny. A big man about to do a...

My daughter and nephew wanted to have a water day and the place we wanted to go to was closed so I did a Google search and found this gem! Very nice, family friendly, good music, reasonable prices, great location, clean and fully staffed. Will certainly return and spread the good word to anyone interested that I encounter.

A bit confusing at first b/c there are two entrances to different areas of the park and there did not appear to be a roadway in the park that connects the two. So the huge plus for me is that it’s lit up in evening. There’s activity and spaces to walk around. One thing would love to see is basketball court.
