Experience at our neighborhood park and pool have never been anything but tops. Opening operations earlier--and later--in the season are serious considerations for IMPROVING what is already positive. What needs to be reviewed in these reviews are the myopic reviews...of those who cannot see past their own selfishness to the needs of our community! To know other parks in our area...indeed, across Atlanta...operated without half of the quality and care that Tolleson Park is, and reviewed more favorably by a foolish few?? They do NOT appear to be enjoying their positions...The floor by the door coming out of the shower/dressing room is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!!! I was walking and it was wet...i turned and fell ....my hip is still sore, almost a week later....There were people using disgustingly vulgar language in front of a life guard and they didnt even warn the people....The children around the foul mouthed females were even shocked by it...The girl at the check in was very friendly and sweet and the girl at the concessions was also very pleasant....Some one needs to have a talk to the life guards....or find some who actually...

Try the evening swim, 730pm-930pm for low crowds. High dive and low dive boards. Olympic sized plus some. Overall, a nice place to relax and swim. Cocession stand with hot dogs, nachos chips, candy and soft drinks 1 to $3.50 . No smoking venue. Whell chair accessible parking and ramps. Clean facility. Swim lessons available.
