Listen, I'd like to take a moment and address some foolishness I came across from a self proclaimed "customer" of The Herb Shop. First of all, you can't trust everything you hear, especially when they are riddled with lies and holes in the story. Also, let's consider that age old saying all of our parents (or life itself) has taught us- misery loves company. Angell Brown. You ma'am couldn't be any further from wrong regarding the comment you have made concerning Angie and Lee. I will start with the point you made regarding their waiting list, honey their waiting list has always been a year or more out. That in itself attests to the fact that they are coveted near and far. Next, the eye reading service is one that is extremely delicate and intricate in nature, it can not be rushed or interrupted-especially if it has been a substantial amount of time between visits. while I can't speak to the number of people you may have referred, I can say it's not likely that they would take heed to your prompting. I say this in part due to the fact that you also said that you had been frequenting a place-The Herb Shop- since 2010, yet you can't cipher between the voice of Angie or another. That's diabolical in every sense! As for you baseless claims of them "not caring" having "an extremely rude tone" couldn't be any further from the truth! Angie and Lee are careful to give close attention to the people they serve. and they do it with class, ease and patience. I personally have actually sent and brought people directly to the door of The Herb Shop. I make it my business to be seen (eye reading, the works!) on a quarterly basis! You ma'am should return to conventional medical where throwing a temper tantrum can get you all the attention you need to feel important and heard. There is away to get the very same outcome with a different action-humility, try it. Humility looks good on all of us. Now to anyone else that has continued to read and got to this point, this is for you. Obviously this is a nonconventional method - is homeopathic and may not be for anyone who hears anything from a doctor and believes that its the only way. There is always another option, and for me it just so happens to be the way my family at The Herb Shop. Try it and see for yourself, I have seen it done in my life and the lives of countless others! That's...
Read moreI have been knowing Angie and Lee just as long as I have lived in Georgia. I relocated here in 2010 from Los Angeles, CA. I have been using nature sunshine products since my late 20's. I'm currently in my late 50's. I found them looking for nature sunshine products after I moved to Georgia. When I first started going to her for an iridology eye readings her waiting list at the most was 3-4 months. Now her waiting list is over one year. I had an appointment scheduled for April 29, 2025 at 11am. She also scheduled an appointment with my former client the same day at 2:30pm. I'm a nanny. I referred her to Angie for her daughter who was six years old at the time and autistic. I have referred coutless and I mean coutless of people to this shop over the years and it has obviously meant nothing. I called several times to reconfirm my appointment and each time I was told that it took 2 hours. When I called on April 24, 2025 to confirm Angie answered the call. I actually didn't even recognize her voice which was weird. I confirmed my appointment and I mentioned to her that my job has changed since I made the appointment. I asked her how long it will take and I let her know that I had to be at work at 1pm. My appointment was for 11am. She said in an extremely rude tone, that she wouldn't be rushed. We were on the phone for one minute and 18 sec. I said that I have been waiting for this appointment for over a year and she said that she didn't care. I would have thought that some sort of reasoning could have been done, but because of her rude tone with me for no apparent reason I said " have a nice life" and hung up, this is not the Angie that I thought I knew or maybe I simply never knew her. Having a client wait for over a year and to not expect changes may occur in their lives is unreasonable. The least she could do is reserve one day each week for situations such as this or the last week of each month for people that may need to reschedule, but to not just give a damn, well that says it all! I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. That situations such as this is not happening to me, but for me! I will never be returning nor will I refer them to...
