Long post, but they deserve all the testimonials for their outstanding customer service!
I have to say that manager Lorraine is absolutely fantastic! We were having issues with customer service online because they wouldn't honor the discount for my wife getting her credit card, so Lorraine had her come back to the store and gave her Kohl's cash to cover the cost of the jeans!
Our second experience was buying a never deflate instabed through Kohl's. com. a couple years ago. Well on first use, the bed's inflator mechanism started to smoke and almost caught on fire! Obviously we immediately went into Kohl's to exchange. When online was refusing to do an even exchange, the woman in store fought for us, reminding them that their product almost set fire to our home., and she could smell the burnt material herself. After all the back and forth she not only got an even exchange bed for us, but she also got a full refund of the amount of the bed as merch credit for all the trouble!
We also had an elderly family member with dementia who we assisted with shopping one day, and one of the associates stuck with us for an hour and a half to help her find clothes, and put her at ease. She even gave her a wonderful discount, because she could see how stressed out she was.
This store is a gem! And the employees at this particular store are fantastic, down to earth, kind hearted. If you give them the respect they rightly deserve, they will be there to go above and beyond to help you, no matter how long it takes!! Thank you so much Snohomish associates, you have made many stressful situations turn into happy experiences!
Side note: A lot of the complaints on these reviews apparently have never been in stores before. With all the foot traffic there will be dust in corners, broken bits of hanger once and a while that an associate hasn't seen yet, or a weird thread or plastic piece that came from the manufacturing plant that might be on clothes, and it's not like there is someone constantly running in circles sweeping all day long! Second, they aren't a Kohl's warehouse, so they aren't going to carry EVERYTHING that exists online, but it is pretty easy to buy online for sizes not in store. (Have to...

I came in looking for dressy work shoes and decided to use the bathroom. The cleaning lady was there and I said good morning to which she ignored me and went to the stool. While I am handling my business I heard a lady coming in and asking her if the bathroom was closed to which the cleaning lady said nothing. When the other customer left said thank you, she replied nothing. None of that matters but what happened next upset me.
I was handling my business like any person using the bathroom and this lady proceeds to open my door and laughed apologized. She knew I was there when I entered the woman's bathroom and greeted her and she ignored me.
Then I tried to double lock the bathroom door and guess what. That lock fakes keep the door meaning, pull in and is not even locked. I doubled check.
I talked to the manager and all she said was: the lady in the bathroom doesn't speak any English so she is like that is not like she was laughing at you while fake apologizing she is just that way. Really? That is all???

Read moreAll around terrible experience. My wife and I had stopped by in the afternoon on Black Friday, looking for a few specific items for Christmas gifts. After receiving no offers for assistance but still finding a few items close to what we were looking for, we made our way to the side entrance's line to the registers and started our wait. It was fairly long, which was to be expected for the day and amount of people. While waiting, my wife pulled out her phone to sign onto the WiFi and get a coupon ready for doing so (at this point we had waited about 20 minutes and were halfway through the line). Then a few things happened - I noticed the cashiers that were on the tills were disorganized and had absolutely no essence of urgency (with no manager or lead around to direct flow or assist), and my wife tried to click a link on her phone from an e-mail ad to a firearms company, which was then BLOCKED by Kohl's WiFi (logo, message, and all), stating that this was not acceptable and involved a big scary subject involving weapons.
