I enrolled at CET in Soledad with the hope of bettering my future, but what I experienced was nothing short of a scam. From the very beginning, it became clear that this institution is more concerned with its bottom line than actually providing a quality education.

The instructors here display blatant favoritism, which creates a toxic environment for students who are genuinely trying to learn. If you're not in the "in" crowd, good luck getting any support or even the bare minimum from the teachers. Many of them seem uninterested in teaching at all, often glossing over important material and leaving students to fend for themselves. It's frustrating to see how little effort they put into their lessons while some students receive special treatment.

Furthermore, the school's policy on punctuality is absurd. If you happen to be even one minute late, regardless of the traffic or personal circumstances that may have caused your tardiness, you will be sent home without a second thought. This rigid rule shows a complete lack of understanding and respect for students’ lives outside of school. It feels more like a prison than an educational institution.

Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering CET in Soledad to think twice. The lack of proper teaching, the favoritism among staff, and the unreasonable policies make this place not worth your time or money. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for...

If you have to pay for this program find a better school, it’s a scam they take your money and don’t teach or help you with anything your pretty much a sitting body for 8 months. No help on the homework nobody taught me any of the book work which made it really hard to pass all 11 test. I finished the electrical program over a month ago and I barley got my ET card. And they make it seem like they help you get a job, but that job is usually an hour and a half away from your town and half the jobs they help you get aren’t even electrical or what trade your in. The lady Laura only does what benefits her when job searching she doesn’t consider any factors you have. Terrible place I was going for electrician and the staff there was no help they upload the assignments very late and only give u a couple hours to finish it they act like we don’t have a job to work and have no time to do it the same day with a couple hours the room for this class is very hot u would think an electrical class would at least have a working A/C but they don’t wouldn’t recommend this place to no one and they say u get paid to go I would get checks for 60 bucks...
