I’ve come to this restaurant a few times and the customer service is fine but my last visit was awful. I ordered a carne asada burrito with guacamole and sour cream on the side to go. I waited patiently due to their busy status at the moment. I was kind enough to give my table up to let a family sit and take the table as I continued to wait I noticed a table of 5 plus people was getting their food before I did and I had ordered first. I noticed the waitress saw me and I assumed she asked about my order. Someone finally came to me to apologize for the long wait and said my order was on the way. I waited about 45 min for a burrito to go and they got my order wrong. I had to go back to have them fix it. I don’t like to be rude, I was patient and I was definitely not going to make a scene. A good seafood restaurant serving fresh seafood never smells like fish, at least not a pungent, overwhelming smell. Sure a light aroma in the air but never an aroma that covers or takes over the entire room. Mariscos Puerto Angel does not smell like fish. I have eaten at this restaurant many times and ordered take out even more times. I have tried almost everything on the menu. They are consistent with the dishes they serve and they serve it with a smile. Fresh seafood, very polite servers, a very casual atmosphere, very reasonable prices, beer and drinks, aguas frescas, big menu offers vegetarian dishes, a la carte and a childrens menu as well-- add all of these together and you end up with a great little restaurant for one or invite a friend or business...

The burritos were drowning in oil. The meat was tough. The ingredients were not spread out well. The first half of the burrito was all meat beans and rice, the second half was only guac cheese and sour cream. Rude staff, absurdly oily food like it was pooling up in my burrito. Go next door to the...
