Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Soledad

I came here with both my kids tp get a beverage after a long day. The service needs to improve because c'mon now, we weren't in a long line but the employees their would rather talk about drama or cuss at one another. The drive thru worker was kind and she offered us a cup holder only to be talking about drama with the other employees and didn't give us the cup holder we asked for. The girls in description was an alternative black haired girl with a purple shirt, a gingered hair girl with I think a green shirt I'm not too sure, and another girl. Each time I have came I always find an issue…they have given me the wrong orders and then I have to make line and give it back and I have to wait a long time..sometimes wait times are up to 30 minutes. I tried picking up my order in the front since there was a long line in drive thru and they denied because I choose the drive thru option. Considering I had already ordered it 15 minutes prior which means my order had to be already made the front was not busy at all. Very inconsiderate and very time wasteful. I do not recommend at all. We LOVE Dutch Bros, but this location in Soledad is troubled. The drive up line was WAY long, so we parked and ordered at the window. They were training new employees and while we understand that that would cause our order to take a little longer, the 25 minutes we stood there at the window waiting for 2 beverages was excessive. And while the new employees were frazzled and under huge pressure, the people training them never jumped in to make a drink or two to allow them to catch up.
