Chinese/Japenese lady that helped me check out embarrassed the hell out of me by talking to her co worker about me, right infront of me. She said, âSomeone smelled like cigarettes, like someone had walked into the store with a lit cigaretteâ.. I was the only customer near her (within 30 feet). I confronted her and said I smoke but .... that was rude. Didnt seem to phase her, very embarrassing. After I pick my rings up tomorrow they will never be recommended or referred by me again ever because of that rude employee. This is a âupper-class storeâ... so unless you want to be talked badly about I would recommend trying somewhere else.
Went back the following day to pick up my rings and this was my experience:
I recommend family & friends to steer clear of Blairâs Jewelry (in-front of Walmart). In the past I had taken a ring there to be re-sized and everything went good. I took my wedding band and engagement ring to them to have them re-sized and saurdered together. Simple.. said it would be ready the next day. I come back to pick them up and they are saurdered on backwards leaving a hug gap between them đ± (looked terrible, I have no idea why they would let that finished product leave their store). My rings were made together... so they specifically fit together if you put them together on the right side of the ring đ€Šđ»ââïž it wasnât rocket science. The ring was promised to be ready by 5/1/18 but because of their mess up I wonât have my rings for another day. I donât believe I should have to pay the full amount they charged me for welding the rings on wrong and being a day late....

She jumped back with shock because my wedding ring was missing a diamond. I asked if it bothered her, she just laughed and said we'll she looks at rings all day long. I assume meaning mine doesn't meet her standards? I told her I have been meaning to get it fixed and that I have a lifetime warranty if I have inspections on time etc. She acted as if I was lying about a lifetime warranty said she never heard of that. As a sales manager of a jewelry store i find it rude and disgusting to comment negatively on someone's jewelry they are wearing rather than pitching a sale or offering a repair. From the moment I walked in, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and gave the impression that my business didnât matter. Even after making a purchase, there was no follow-up, no gratitude, and definitely no effort to ensure I was satisfied.
Spending my money here felt like a mistake. Jewelry is personal, and buying it should be a positive experience â not one filled with frustration and poor treatment. I wonât be returning, and I would not recommend this...
