Good and bad..The young women who administered my stress test were first-rate as was the young woman who administered my echo.There were scheduling issues since my first appointment which was May 10th. The date of the stress test written on the appointment card was entered incorrectly in my portal. Luckily, I checked and when I called (the next day), the earlier appt was taken and I had to wait 4 weeks. The follow up appointment w the PA was cancelled, rescheduled from from June 10th until July 19th. Then on June 22..I got a call that the dr wants to see me June 24th..no explanation. The echo results did not appear in my portal until 4:17 pm on June 22..I had to change another appt to see the dr. I am very stressed about this..The dr came highly recommended from both my neurologist and my PCP and I have the utmost respect for the medical profession..and I rarely complain. Hopefully, in the future things...
Read moreThe young lady at the front desk behind the plastic was nice. However, the medical assistant was another story! I was uncomfortable with her and she should have stayed home. Doctor's offices are a place of healing!! If you're not going to give the patient the care, patience and compassion, you're in the wrong profession. You know who you are with your abrupt mannerism!! The audacity of them to have a code of conduct posted on the elevator wall and don't practice what they preach!! No complaints about the doctor. Enough seating...
