I’m a patient person. Told all my life I have the patience of a saint. But as I sit here eating my cold pizza and cold crazy bread I worry I’m too patient and understanding at times. I understand that it is a Friday night and pizza is a staple in many homes across the US on Friday’s. I went through your drive through well prepared to wait a little longer and a little more for a three meat. However, I was not prepared for over an hour wait for slightly warmer than room temp food. We went through the drive thru at 7pm tonight, 10/27. Ordered a pepperoni, a three meat, Italian cheese bread, and a crazy combo. Kid at the window was kind and polite. No he didn’t tell us it would be a while but he also really didn’t need to since your parking lot kinda gave that away. He asked us to pull up and park, we understood and had to pull around to Aaron’s parking lot to wait. My mom and I sat in our car catching up on the day’s events. Cars that were there before us were leaving. There was light at the end of the tunnel. But then a car that arrived after us got their food. No problem we thought, they probably did a mobile order before we ordered or maybe they got something quicker than a three meat. No problem, we keep waiting. Then another car gets there’s and another and another. Person in the truck next to us that ordered before us got out and went inside. A couple others did and they all came out with their food. I, with my patience of a saint, decided to go in and see what was going on. Well I walked into the biggest cluster “duck” I’d ever seen. They were pulling stickers off boxes of already cut and ready pizzas and putting on the stickers for folks standing inside. I can understand wanting to relabel them for the irritated customer in your face, huffing and puffing. It’s a quick easy fix for the conflict in front of you. However, the same stack that was for my “blue car” had a pizza removed from it for another upset customer. So I had to wait longer. Instead of having my crazy bread, cheese bread, and my pepperoni in a warmer, it was sitting on the packaging table waiting for its final item to complete my order. The girl that was working and running out drive thru orders to parked cars was doing everything she possibly could. She looks like Millie Bobby Brown. Give her a raise or promotion. I know how it feels to have a bad day at work and to feel like you are the only one working or that cares about the quality of work being done. She cares, your other employees working tonight could care less. Thanks to my high level of patience, I received almost room temp food because I didn’t want to be a Karen on kids who are already having a bad night. But I am writing you this so you understand what I witnessed and maybe take steps to address it. Upset customer shouldn’t trump someone else’s order just to get rid of them. If you advertise hot and ready, be at least one of those things. Seemed like poor management and/or bad/lack of training. The sticker system seems to not be of any importance if they swap them around and make a hectic night even more stressful.
The above statement is what I attempted to send using their site’s customer feedback but each time I attempt to submit, it says UH OH! SOMETHING WENT WRONG...

Read moreI placed an order over the phone on 8.3.24, and was still waiting to get my pizza and a order of crazy bread at 10:15 PM EST. I am really just not understanding what the problem seemed to be, but there was a total of 5 employees at site location however they were way behind had a parking lot full of people this will be why I go back to my place where I never have any problems and that's Dom Pizza. I did give the location another try on 5.2.25 order was placed online was a pizza portal pick up to be ready by 17:45 PM it was 18:20 PM EST before I walked out of the store with my order. Line was wrapped around the building via the drive thru and had a parking lot full of cars, and cars were even parking next door at Aaron's. If this location needs more hands then maybe they should look at hiring more employees. It is always typically a little of a mess train wreck anytime I have visited this store. Think that I am going to take a break again maybe for a little longer this time see if they're able to address the issues that need to be addressed as at this point I am going to start going to the quick serve on 914 to see if that location...
Read moreSo I went there to get some cheese bread. And when I said something along the lines was crying was crazy. Cheese breand the guy gave me crazy bread and I said I'm sorry I was wanting the cheese bread this little guy. It's all rude and says you said crazy crazy bread. I didn't argue. So so I think it's me and goes me. My cheese bread, I get to the car. There's no garlic. There's no parmesan on. It, so I'll go back in here and I'll see if there's some pharmaceutical. I said because it doesn't have it on the bread. This littlet's look at says. We don't put parmesan and butter on the cheese bread. Well I was like whatever Little Caesars I've ever eat at and it's the only thing that I buy from Little Caesars always has it on it. Oh no, we don't put that on it. I said, well, can I just get some parmesan? Mind you, the whole time, this little guy is sitting there, digging in his eyes, his ears fingernails all bleeding, like and then on top of it, he's just rude they should probably put him doing something else. Besides ringing people up and handing out food. He's too rude and he can't keep his fingers out of places...
