Casa Grande 1 — Restaurant in Somerset

Food and service was great as always BUT...I forgot my phone, first time ever. Took phone out of back pocket and placed on top of toilet paper dispencer. Yes I was distracted by my Granddaughter and failed to get it on way out. At her soccer game realized my mistake. Called back and was greeted by a very RUDE employee who took it upon himself to lecture me on how it wasn't his responsibility to look for my phone or keep it safe til I got there to get it. When he laid the phone down he started ranting to other employees that I had no paitence, too demanding, over and over. After a few minutes he said there were 2 phones...a Nokia and mine. Asked him if he could please put my name on a piece of paper and put on it. He proceeded to tell me he would try but wasn't sure he would remember . When I came back later s pleasant lady took time to find it, no name on it. I could have adapted an attitude like the boy, but chose to remain calm the whole time trying to diffuse his anxiety. I have worked in food industry many years, and customer service plays a huge part in repeat business or word of mouth about rude employees. I feel that employee overreacted over and beyond what was necessary. I do appreciate the lady that did exactly what I would have, take it to front knowing customer would be back. Put it in a place secure out of sight of general public. That action was an awsome public relation gesture. If that fella doesn't get control of his anxiety folks will go to other restaurants for Mexican food, where employees are cordial and their actions make you want...

We have been going there ever since it open I called in an order said it would be 15 to 20 mins ran to the store came back went in and our food still wasn't ready when we got the food . We waited another 25 mins . My finance got food poisoning there 6 months ago and was sick for 3 days. Then questioned about a phone number by an employee that I had no idea about. My finance spent 40.00 for my birthday dinner and it sucked we was scared to eat it . We eat out quite a bit seems like restaurans around here in Somerset doesn't know what they are doing i Won't be back . I have been a check for over 30 years, I would never send someone...

I have never had an issue with this place before, so in confidence I went in to eat. Unfortunately the food was way over salted, the lid must have came off while salting my food. I asked others that were with me about their food, all was good. When they tried mine , it was agreed that something had went wrong. I told the server that the dish was uneatable do to the amount of salt. He finally brought me a different plate, but by then everyone else was finished and the time for eating was over. I was not satisfied with this particular visit. On the bright side, I had food for dinner and didn't have to cook...
