My experience with this company was AWFUL!!!! I live in Texas and was calling to place an order for an employee whose father in law passed that lives in Somerset. I called around 8:15am CST and was speaking with a person to place the order, I had provided some details on wanting to get a plant vs a flower, had said what I wanted to spend, had provided names and an idea of what to put on the card, my payment information and the line dropped abruptly. I called for hours and received a busy signal until I finally spoke to someone at 11:16am CST, 3 hours later, and after seeing the charge on my card. I had no idea of what was being sent (type of plant), total including taxes, no picture, no receipt, and when it would be delivered. The initial person I spoke to advised that her and another employee were discussing charging my card and eventually told me that the plant was delivered over 1 hour ago. She also went on to tell me that she could send me a picture of a similar plant but it would not be that specific one. Of course at this point I'm aggravated that no one even bothered to call me back to confirm the order when they knew the line ended abruptly during the conversation. They ended of getting the Manager on the line who was not helpful and rude. Every time I would talk she would interrupt me and I honestly felt like she was trying to brush me off. I was told that "it looks like they got everything they needed..." I asked is there not supposed to be a recap of an order before it's processed and her answer was "I can't tell you what happened because that person is not here..." but that's not what I asked!!! I'm asking about normal process of what should happen. This is all about customer service. I also asked should I get a receipt of purchase and was told that was not done for phone orders unless it is requested. I said I did not get to request it because the call ended. I also mentioned that the other person I spoke to before her advised that the phone will shut off if it is put down, is this what happened on my call???? If so, why would no one give me a courtesy to call me back to recap my order, let me know when it would be delivered, TELL me what is being delivered, etc!!!!! When speaking with the Manager, she offered to provide a refund but honestly the point of the concern is the poor customer service with my call being disconnected and no one calling me back and her continually interrupting me and being dismissive because it's a holiday and they're busy!! I asked if she was the Manager, of course after being interrupted many times, and she said yes, my response, was "oh my goodness". To that her response was "don't talk like that..." as if I called her a name or was rude to her. But I went on to explain my frustration with being interrupted by her, the manager, and of course she denied it. At this point I asked for her name, Allison (unsure of spelling) and the name of the person who took my order, Jenny (unsure of spelling) who was the manager's mother in law. The manager's response to my asking their names was "I don't know why you're going on with this when I'm giving you a refund, we're extremely busy". I responded, because I'm leaving a review!!! I asked for a receipt for the refund and of course had to give my email because this was not gathered on the initial call. I will say I have never felt so belittled and insignificant from a company. I have shared my poor experience with other coworkers who live in Somerset in hopes that they will not use...

The bouquet was supposed to have roses and lilies along with carnations. However, they used maybe one rose and the lilies were not opened. The bouquet literally looked like crap. I am furious! The card was supposed to read “with our deepest sympathy and love, Robin and Rich“ but only said “love, Robin and Rich”. I had even called the florist the day before to ensure the order was received and correct and they verified all the information over the phone.    Read moreI ordered flowers online for my Mother and wanted them delivered. Unfortunately she was outside their delivery area. However, they called and let me know and were so friendly and apologetic. I ask them to make the order and I would have someone pick them up. They did a BEAUTIFUL job. I had ask for the arrangement that resembles a birthday cake and theirs looked better than the photo online. My mother was so happy with her flowers. Thank you so much.
